Carrie has a talent and passion for getting leadership teams on the same page. She is a seasoned facilitator and executive coach who can get leaders and teams moving in a positive and productive direction.
Carrie has over twenty years experience in the field of leadership and organizational development. She was a Principal with the Tom Peters Group/Learning Systems, a Senior Associate with Interaction Associates and a Regional Manager for BlessingWhite. Having served consulting organizations for 14 years, she joined Adobe Systems where she started their first Organization Development function and eventually headed up Executive Development, working with the top 1% of the company. As part of this role, she created a process to help integrate new executives to Adobe. Most recently she was at Apple Inc, where she worked as a Senior OD consultant, helping leaders and teams be more effective. Having worked both internally and externally in leadership development roles for world-class organizations, has given Carrie a deep and broad background in organization development consulting and leadership development.
Carrie has worked with a variety of intact leadership teams at Adobe Systems, Apple Inc., Applied Materials, Blackrock/iShares, The Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, Cirrus Logic, Intel and The Grass Valley Group.
She is certified in several leadership development instruments including the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), the PDI Profilor, and the Lominger Voices 360 leadership assessment. She also co-authored a Coaching Behaviors assessment that was used in the Leader as Coach workshop. She is also certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the Strengths Deployment Inventory, and Team Effectiveness Systems. She has her coaching certification from New Ventures West.
