Beth P. Doolittle
Beth has been an organization design and management
consultant for twenty-five years. She served as the executive director
and board president of a nonprofit for ten years. She has managed and
developed senior staff throughout her career. Her experience spans most
industries and companies, from start-ups to Fortune 500.
Beth has worked in-house for a major training and coaching firm
and a global clothing apparel firm, at locations around the world.
In these positions, she worked with CEOs and other senior executives
on developing vision and strategy, leadership and management skills,
and on the design of business and their operational structures.
Beth has worked on global business strategy and is exceptional
at gathering the right people to imagine long-term goals—and to
transfer these strategic choices into quickly implemented and aligned
results.
Prior to forming Red Barn Consulting, Beth worked for a well known
and highly regarded private consulting firm in the Bay Area of California.
In this capacity, she provided senior leaders and mission-critical teams
with expert coaching on a variety of vital business skills, such as teaching
executives how to have crucial conversations, assessing leadership challenges
and coaching them to mastery, and guiding executives to create their
company vision and long-term goals. In addition, Beth has led executive
teams through a vigorous and highly focused strategic choice process that
devotes itself to buy-in and implementation through alignment
Beth’s teams move from conflict and impasse to high performing,
collaborative teams that assume accountability for business results.
Beth is a trained mediator, expert at guiding leaders to develop
communication skills that propel their business relationships; she
is superb at facilitating high-level and critical conflict scenarios.
