Jonathan Levy

Jonathan Levy is a master facilitator of corporate seminars with an emphasis in leadership, coaching, and group facilitation. He has delivered hundreds of successful training programs in diverse industries, groups and settings, in topics ranging from leadership, coaching, employee development, public speaking, ethics and legal compliance.

Jonathan’s work is informed by an analytical rigor that was honed as an attorney, a knowledge of group process and dynamics developed through academic study and years of leading and facilitating groups in corporations, and the experience of leading and managing his own successful legal management training company.

Some of Jonathan’s recent engagements include:

• creating and delivering a program on ethical leadership in a Fortune 500 company;
 
• a program on effective management for a multicultural team that resulted in breakthrough communication with team members who previously were not communicating with each other;
 
• training other trainers how to successfully deliver legal management training programs; and
 
• facilitating leadership programs based on “The Five Dysfunctions of Teams”

Jonathan received his J.D. degree from U.C. Hastings College of the Law and is a certified professional co-active coach. He is also co-owner of Fair Measures, Inc., a legal management training company. Jonathan lives in Marin County, California with his wife and two children.
