Nedra knows organizational life from the inside out—the result of nearly two decades as an internal consultant for major organizations, including the Public Broadcasting Service, The Washington Post, and MCI Communications. "My experience makes me particularly sensitive to the realities of corporate life," says Nedra, "and the challenge of instituting productive and lasting change." In her work with teams facing difficult organizational issues, Nedra has received accolades for her ability to engage groups in stimulating and thoughtful dialogue. Nedra frequently presents at a variety of professional conferences, and is the co-author of "Maximizing Team Learning Through Boundaryless Facilitation".

In recent projects, Nedra:

Assisted a globally dispersed team in the Sun Java Software Division to form clear communication agreements. The new protocols have accelerated the release of new products.

Designed and conducted a breakthrough leadership training program for T. Rowe Price. The company’s mid-level managers, all of whom participated, now share a common methodology for communication and better decision making based on explicit disclosure of underlying data and assumptions.

Led a strategic planning process to assist a merger within the Montgomery County Park & Planning Department. Using web based tools and employee involvement strategies, more than 800 employees were able to participate and commit to the plan.

An avid reader with membership in several book clubs, Nedra also plays piano, and is active with her family. She holds two M.S. degrees, in Organization Development and Administration of Justice, and a B.A. in Philosophy.
