PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Consultant and facilitator with 20 years experience in a wide range of industries in blue chip organisations. Consulting expertise includes working at both Board and Senior Executive level through group and individual consulting and facilitation. Much of the applied work focuses around developing and maximising the creative and intuitive talents of individuals and groups. She has an executive coaching practice which deals with work and personal issues ranging from mentoring new executives and directors to developing innovative approaches to changing environments. Extensively published author in the fields of management development and counselling in USA, Far East and the Europe.

Range of clients in the financial, media, technology, commercial and public sectors, including the BBC, Pearson, Accenture, Fiat, Freshfields, J.P.Morgan Chase, Global Business Network, HBOS, Pillsbury Winthrop, London School of Tropical Medicine, Adobe, Novell, Marks and Spencer Plc, Microsoft, and Stirling Group Plc.
