Rodney Jackson
Rodney has an extensive background as a senior leader within
organizations and is a seasoned professional in organizational
development and human resources, an experienced consultant, and a
business-results expert. For more than 16 years, Jackson has
facilitated and designed experiential and skill-based learning
systems. As a professional facilitator, he designs and leads
sessions around strategic planning, communication, team development,
conflict management, feedback, and managing change.
Jackson founded the Caleb Consulting Group, whose mission is to
build influential leaders at the leader and management levels of
organizations. The coaching process he designed for senior leaders,
Assess.Align.Act, has proven success in providing leaders
with excellent opportunities to assess their skills, align their
strengths to organizational priorities, and take action that
immediately improves performance and satisfaction. Rodney brings a
high degree of integrity and emotional intelligence to his work.
Rodney’s clients include Cisco Systems, Invitrogen, Risk
Management Solutions, KB Home, Hewlett Packard, and the former
Syntex Corporation.
Rodney received his B.A. in Organizational Communication from The
University of Texas at Austin, and his M.A. in Organizational Design
and Effectiveness from The Fielding Institute in Santa Barbara, CA.
He is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Targeted
Selection (DDI), Managing Personal Growth (Blessing/White),
360-Degree Feedback and Coaching Process (PDI), and The Seven Habits
of Highly Effective People (Franklin-Covey).
