Nedra Weinstein

Nedra is a principal with Arden Consulting, an organization development consulting firm providing executive coaching, team and leadership development, strategic planning, culture and change management to clients in government and in the private and public sectors. Nedra is sensitive to the realities of organizational life and the challenge of instituting meaningful, productive and lasting changes.

As an executive coach, Nedra’s collaborative approach is to assist the leader in achieving professional growth and the results they desire. She is called upon to work with leaders dealing with challenging and contentious organizational issues. Nedra is known for her dynamic style and has received accolades for her ability to engage individuals in stimulating and thoughtful dialogue.

Clients include NASA Goddard, Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, Department of Defense, the EPA, American Society of Association Executives and the University of Maryland Medical Center. Nedra serves as adjunct faculty member at Maryland University College, and in the past at George Washington U and American University.

Before starting her own consulting business, Nedra Weinstein worked as an internal consultant for more than 17 years for PBS, The Washington Post, MCI Communications, Phillip-Morris, and the Virginia Dept. of Mental Health.

Nedra holds an MS in Organization Development from American University, a MS in Administration of Justice from Southern Illinois University and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Connecticut. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC). Nedra resides in Maryland.
