As a principal of the Palo Alto Learning Group, Carrie has a talent and passion for getting leadership teams on the same page. She is a seasoned facilitator and executive coach who can move leaders and teams in a positive and productive direction.
Carrie has more than twenty years experience in leadership and organizational development. She was a principal with the Tom Peters Group/Learning Systems, senior associate with Interaction Associates, and regional manager for BlessingWhite. She started Adobe Systems’ first Organization Development function and eventually headed Executive Development, working with the top 1% of the company. Working internally and externally in leadership development roles for world-class organizations has given Carrie a deep and broad background in organization development consulting and leadership development.
Carrie has worked with a variety of intact leadership teams at Adobe Systems, Apple, Applied Materials, Blackrock/iShares, Carnegie Foundation for Advancement of Teaching, Cirrus Logic, Intel and The Grass Valley Group.
She is certified in several leadership development instruments including the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), PDI Profilor, and Lominger Voices 360 leadership assessment. She is also certified in the MBTI, the Strengths Deployment Inventory, and Team Effectiveness Systems. Her coaching certification is from New Ventures West.
