Leaders charged with initiating new teams recognize the importance of establishing a solid foundation of purpose and trust. Team relationships may need to be strengthened. The team may need to learn to contend with conflict constructively. Or the team faces a critical juncture, and uncertainty may impede candid discussions. With this in mind, Catalyst facilitators assess, design and facilitate interactive offsites to address each client’s unique situation and goals. Our consultants help to surface conflicts and address underlying factors that can disrupt clear communication and smooth cross-functional teamwork.

Based on best practices in experiential learning and an extensive library of content, our facilitators customize sessions (half-day to several days) to provide engaging learning experiences and address the specific team situation. Programs can highlight team dynamics, collaboration, conflict management, cross-functional cooperation, decision making, managing change, etc. Experiential learning activities engage participants with fresh insight and present possibilities of doing things differently.
