She brings expertise in leadership, group dynamics, and communication to corporate clients and knows firsthand that companies committed to leadership and team development generate a dynamic, emotionally intelligent, and inspirational culture that significantly improves bottom-line success. Her experience includes executive and leadership coaching as well as team development initiatives within Google, Salesforce, HP, Millipore, Altera, Wells Fargo, Oracle, Cisco, Blue Shield, and RHI. Recently Caty held a position at Google as an internal senior consultant, coaching executives in sales, engineering, and legal departments to maximize leadership effectiveness and strategic impact. She also led an internal consulting firm within Google, focused on the design and facilitation of strategic offsites, team development and executive coaching. Prior to founding Everett Leadership, she was VP of Coaching Solutions for Alliance Leadership; she also has held internal positions in management and consulting at Vantage Partners, Epinions and Engage Media, and completed internships at both Harvard and Columbia Business Schools.
Caty graduated magna cum laude with a BA in psychology from Harvard with emphasis on group dynamics and an MA in social psychology and organizational behavior from Columbia University, where she was a Teaching Fellow at the Columbia School of Business. She is certified in PDI Profilor, Hay Group EQ 360, MBTI, and FIRO-B.
