David is an executive coach and leadership development consultant who has coached and trained hundreds of leaders in diverse industries including hi-tech, industrial design, healthcare, construction, banking, big law, higher education, and in faith-based organizations. He specializes in strengths-based leadership and executive development, and in helping leaders develop greater emotional intelligence, executive presence, learning agility, and build strong teams.
David is an experienced facilitator and presenter, skilled in designing and delivering internal leadership programs on Emotional Intelligence, Trusted Advisor, Gallup StrengthsFinder, Crucial Conversations, Five Dysfunctions of a Team, and The Leadership Challenge. As a consultant, David’s expertise lies in strengths-based approaches to organizational change, strategic thinking, and management & leadership development.
David has a BS in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, an MA in Organizational Leadership from Biola University, and an MS in Positive Organizational Development & Change from Case Western Reserve School of Management. Credentialed by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), he also has completed coaching programs with Teleos Leadership Institute, Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Solutions-Focused, Immunity-to-Change, Gallup Strengths Coaching, ORSC, and Case Western Reserve Developing Leaders through Emotional Intelligence.
