Don Tyler is a coach and organization development consultant working with high-tech companies with global operations in Asia, India and Europe.
With a background in organizational development and change management, Don helps leaders build on their strengths and become coaches and mentors to their teams. In addition to his coaching practice, Don is active as a facilitator with teams addressing strategic planning and acquisitions. His current focus is to serve as a business coach and organizational development consultant, enabling collaboration and teamwork to speed new products to market.
Don was previously managing partner of Catalyst Consulting Team, specializing in team development for many Silicon Valley clients. His current client list includes Align Technology Intuit, NetApp, Pivotal Labs, SanDisk, and several software startups.
The foundation of Don’s coaching work comes from his training in Action Science as developed by Chris Argyris at Harvard University. He has degrees in Organizational Behavior and Business and is adjunct staff with the Santa Clara University School of Business Executive MBA programs. Don is currently working with a Singapore-based manufacturer with operations in 11 Asian countries, helping facilitate change in human resource practices, including performance management, leadership development and business planning.
Don is certified in Bridges’ Change and Transition, MBTI, PDI 360, Barry Oshry-Power and Systems and Leading from the Middle, and is a Master Trainer for Achieve Global and Crucial Conversations.
